A month to early registration deadline
From the calendar and the comments, it might be worth to concentrate and expand our efforts to get the word out, before the price goes up. Those of you who already have talked to people, papers or organizations, thank you. And perhaps you might want to consider a reminder. And should we assign people to areas of interest?

I have no links to any local J schools, so I'll bow out of that one. Our copy chief came from Duluth and has given me a name there. I'll go ahead and just ask him to contact the guy instead. I figure he has more sway. I think Kate Kompas in St. Cloud might have a Fargo link, so I'll ask her if she can do some outreach up there. I've contacted Jen B in Eau Claire about her possible contacts but haven't heard back.
I've been kinda busy at night with a kid who won't sleep, but I'll keep trying to work down the list of people I e-mailed previously. Maybe I can eke out some time at work tonight.
Duluth, Fargo and the great Fargo chain are my greatest concerns about contacts, so that would be great. I've got messages to Kate and Jen on my to-do list, too.
I'm working my Nebraska and Iowa connections hard, at papers and J-schools. And I've tried several ways with the U, St. Thomas, Macalester now and Bethel, so anyone with any others in the Twin Cities/state/region would be a great help. I've got three graphs written up already, if you are leery about the writing.
